SMALL CLAIMS SERVICE (INCLUDING TRANSLATION/VALIDATION)

Busy claims handlers are frequently presented with often poor quality copies of Italian language documentation in support of small claims which do not justify the cost of instructing a Loss Adjuster to investigate and report in the normal manner.

For a modest fee and with a guaranteed five day response time we offer a “desk-top” adjustment service involving a review of the documentation furnished (and liaison with service providers in the form of building contractors etc. if appropriate) and presentation of an abbreviated “First & Final” report with payment recommendations.

These may be accompanied by monthly borderaux reports and be billed on a individual basis or monthly/quarterly to suit client requirements.  Fuller and better particulars of this service are available on request.
